You own your photos. By uploading, you grant AllPics a limited license to process and display them for the photo-sharing service only. Only upload photos you have permission to share, and ensure attendee consent is obtained beforehand.
By submitting a selfie, you consent to creation of an encrypted facial signature used only for photo matching within AllPics.
Paid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. AllPics is provided "as is" — we aim for 99.8% face match accuracy but cannot guarantee perfection in all lighting or image conditions. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended without notice.
